Process

Contact our support team → receive return approval → ship the item back (postage covered only for authenticity disputes) → re-inspection within 3 business days → refund to the original payment method within 5–8 business days.

If the item is materially not as described or arrives damaged, please contact us within 2 days of receipt for priority handling.
