Shipping policy

1. Shipping Origins

STYLE NEW STAR is operated by Hong Kong Convery Green Limited.
Orders are fulfilled through a network of authorized third-party logistics
and warehouse partners located in different regions, depending on where the
item is stored at the time of purchase.

For operational and logistical efficiency, items may be dispatched from
warehouse facilities located in, but not limited to:

– Mainland China
– Japan

All warehouses are used solely for storage and order fulfillment purposes.
Hong Kong Convery Green Limited remains the sole merchant of record and the
contracting party for all customer orders placed on this Site.

Customers should note that warehouse locations do not represent local
business entities or customer service centers.

2. Order Processing Time

Usually, your purchase will be shipped within 4–7 business days after the order is confirmed and payment is received.

STYLE NEW STAR's regular business hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Hong Kong Time), Monday to Friday (business days).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will start processing on the next business day.
  • At this time, we only offer Standard processing and are not able to provide expedited or rush processing.
  • We may contact you to confirm your order details, so please provide accurate phone numbers and email addresses.

Please note that we may occasionally experience processing or shipping delays due to high order volume, carrier issues, customs inspections, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the following countries/regions:

  • Europe: France, Italy, Portugal, Spain, United Kingdom
  • North America: United States, Canada
  • Asia: Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam
  • Middle East: Saudi Arabia

If your country/region does not appear in the list above, we are unfortunately unable to ship to that location at this time.

We are also unable to ship to countries or regions subject to trade sanctions or where our products cannot legally be imported.

4. Shipping Methods, Carriers & Estimated Delivery Times

All orders currently use Standard shipping.

Shipping carriers are selected based on the warehouse of origin and the destination country:

  • China Warehouse: We primarily use DHL, FedEx or equivalent international courier services.
  • Japan Warehouse: We primarily use FedEx, DHL or equivalent international courier services.

Total Estimated Delivery Time

Total delivery time includes both order processing time and in-transit shipping time. Below are the estimated shipping timeframes after dispatch (business days only):

Important Note: These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs inspections, local delivery conditions, weather, or carrier-related issues.

5. Shipping Fees (No Free Shipping)

We do not currently offer free shipping as a standard policy.

  • Shipping fees depend on the destination country/region, shipping origin warehouse, parcel weight and size, and other factors.
  • The exact shipping fee for your order will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address and order details.
  • The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed before you confirm and pay for your order.

Any temporary shipping promotions or special conditions will be clearly indicated on relevant product pages, campaign pages, and at checkout.

6. Weekend & Holiday Shipments

Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. If we are unable to ship on the first business day, we will process and dispatch your order as soon as possible.

Although we will arrange for your package to be shipped by a certain date, we cannot guarantee delivery on an exact date or time. Delays may be caused by weather conditions, customs inspections, local delivery restrictions, or carrier-related issues.

STYLE NEW STAR is unable to refund shipping charges for such delays, as these are beyond our control. We will, however, do our best to assist you in working with the carrier if any issues arise.

7. Order Changes

If you need to modify your shipping information or method, please contact us as soon as possible before your order has been shipped.

Once a tracking number has been created and the shipment has been handed over to the carrier, we are unable to make changes to the shipping method, shipping address, or items included in the order.

8. Signature Requirement

Due to the value of our merchandise, all orders are shipped with a signature required by default, where this option is available from the carrier.

If your order total is below USD 500 (or equivalent), you may be able to waive the signature requirement at checkout, depending on your destination and carrier restrictions.

By waiving the signature requirement, you agree that the package may be left at the delivery address without a signature and that you assume full financial responsibility for any loss or theft once the item has left the STYLE NEW STAR facility and has been handed to the carrier.

9. Shipping to a Different Address / Workplace

To help prevent fraud, we recommend that items be shipped to the billing address associated with the payment method.

If you need to ship to a different address (such as a neighbor, workplace, second home, or as a gift), we may require contact information for both the buyer and the recipient. We may verify the order by phone or email, which may result in a slight delay in processing.

We can ship to a workplace after verification. If you choose to ship to a company address, please provide the company name and a contact phone number for the recipient to facilitate delivery.

10. Customs, Duties & Import Regulations (International Orders)

For all shipments that cross international borders, customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, clearance fees, and any other charges imposed by the destination country, as well as complying with any applicable import laws and regulations.

  • All items shipped internationally will be declared at their full purchase price.
  • Items will be declared as "used" in line with their actual condition.
  • We cannot declare items as "gifts" or under-declare their value.

Customers must ensure that the items they purchase can be legally imported into their country (for example, some countries may restrict or prohibit the import of items made from certain materials like exotic leathers). STYLE NEW STAR is not responsible for orders that cannot be imported or delivered due to local regulations or decisions made by customs authorities, though we will assist where possible.

11. Currency & Refunds for International Orders

All prices displayed on our website and amounts shown at checkout are based on the currency and pricing settings selected on the site. These amounts do not include import taxes, duties, or additional fees charged by the destination country.

For international orders, refunds (where applicable and in accordance with our Return Policy) will be issued in the same currency and amount that we received at the time of the original transaction.

We do not provide estimates or guarantees regarding exchange rates and are unable to adjust refund amounts to account for currency conversion differences. Any changes in the final amount you receive due to currency conversion, bank fees, or exchange rate fluctuations are determined by your bank, credit card provider, or payment service. STYLE NEW STAR does not make adjustments for currency conversion on returns.
