1. Scope and Acceptance

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) apply to all customers who purchase products through this website and related services (collectively, the “Site”). In these Terms, “you” or “User” means any person accessing or using the Site, and “we”, “us”, “our” or “STYLE NEW STAR” refer to Hong Kong Convery Green Limited.

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by the policies incorporated by reference, including without limitation:

• Shipping Policy
• Return Policy
• Privacy Policy
• Any other rules and policies that may be published on the Site from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not use the Site or purchase any products through the Site.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to waive your right to participate in any class action, representative action or class arbitration in connection with any dispute with us.

The store operates on a self-operated (direct sales) basis. Hong Kong Convery Green Limited sells products directly under the STYLE NEW STAR brand.

The store uses Shopify Inc. as an e-commerce hosting and technical service provider. Shopify provides the online platform but is not a party to the sales contract between you and us.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to place orders and complete payment transactions on the Site.

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13. If you are under the legal age in your jurisdiction, you may only use the Site with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

When registering an account or placing an order, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, current and complete information; and
• Promptly update such information if it changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including passwords) and for all activities that occur under your account.

If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your account prior to your notification.

4. Products, Information and Pricing

Unless otherwise stated, products sold on the Site are pre-owned / second-hand items. Each item is authenticated and evaluated by us before listing, and we make reasonable efforts to describe brand, condition, major defects and included accessories on the product page.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only. We strive to present products accurately, but due to differences in displays, lighting and photography, actual colors and textures may differ slightly from what appears on your screen. Such reasonable differences do not, in themselves, constitute defects.

Product prices are as displayed on the Site at the time of your order. Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, at any time to add, modify or remove products, adjust prices and update stock levels.

Unless expressly indicated otherwise, listed prices generally do not include shipping fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges that may apply. Please refer to the Shipping Policy for details.

5. Orders and Contract Formation

By completing the checkout process and successfully submitting payment on the Site, you make a binding offer to purchase the products in your cart from us.

We reserve the right to review and handle your order and may confirm, modify or cancel an order in our discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• The product is out of stock or has been discontinued;
• There is an obvious error in price or product information;
• Payment fails or is flagged as high risk;
• We reasonably suspect fraud, abuse of promotions, or other abnormal order behavior.

A sales contract between you and us is considered concluded when we send you an order confirmation and/or dispatch the relevant products. Before such time, we may cancel the order. If an order is cancelled after you have paid, we will refund the amount you paid via the original payment method.

In case of obvious errors (for example, a system malfunction resulting in prices far below reasonable market value), we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund your payment, even after an order confirmation has been sent but before shipment.

6. Payment Methods and Currency

The payment methods currently available on the Site are those shown at checkout and may include, without limitation:

• International credit and debit cards;
• Third-party payment services (such as PayPal);
• Other payment channels that may be added from time to time.

Some payment options are provided by third-party payment service providers. When using such services, you may also be subject to their own terms of use and privacy policies.

Product prices and amounts payable may be displayed and settled in any currency supported by the Site.

Where currency conversion is involved, the final amount you pay or receive as a refund may be affected by exchange rates and any fees charged by your bank or payment service provider. Such rates and fees are determined by the relevant institution, and we do not compensate for any exchange rate differences or related charges.

7. Shipping, Risk Transfer and Duties

Order processing times, estimated delivery times, countries and regions we ship to, choice of carriers and rules for shipping fees are described in detail in our Shipping Policy.

Except as otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in the Shipping Policy, the risk of loss or damage to products generally passes to you once the products are handed over to the carrier.

The allocation of responsibility for import duties, taxes, clearance fees and related charges is set out in the Shipping Policy. Unless otherwise stated, customs duties and similar charges for cross-border shipments are typically borne by the recipient.

If you fail to cooperate with delivery or customs clearance within a reasonable time, resulting in return, destruction or additional costs, you may be liable for the resulting loss and expenses.

If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the Shipping Policy with respect to specific shipping details, the latest version of the Shipping Policy shall prevail.

8. Returns, Refunds and Authentication

Products sold on the Site are pre-owned / second-hand items. Except where otherwise required by applicable law, we do not offer unconditional “no reason” returns.

The situations in which returns may be accepted, the time limits for return requests, the required condition of returned products, the mechanism for resolving authenticity disputes (including third-party authentication), the allocation of return shipping costs and the 14-day cooling-off period for EU customers are set out in detail in our Return Policy.

If there is any inconsistency between these Terms and the Return Policy with respect to return-related details, the latest version of the Return Policy shall prevail.

9. Coupons and Promotion Codes

From time to time, we may issue coupons, discount codes or similar promotional benefits (collectively, “Promotions”) to registered users through the Site, email or other channels.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Promotions are subject to the following general conditions:

• They may only be used on the STYLE NEW STAR Site and generally require you to be logged in to your account;
• They apply only to eligible products and may not apply to items marked “Final Sale”, “Non-Returnable” or similar;
• They are non-cash, non-transferable and non-resalable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or change;
• They generally may not be combined with other promotions or discounts, unless otherwise stated;
• They usually apply only to the product price and do not apply to shipping fees, duties, taxes, authentication fees or similar charges;
• Unless otherwise indicated, each Promotion may typically be used only once and must be used within its validity period.

If we reasonably suspect that any of the following has occurred, we may cancel, revoke or refuse the use of a Promotion and may cancel related orders:

• The Promotion was obtained through improper or unauthorized channels;
• The Promotion is being used multiple times through technical or other abusive means;
• Use of the Promotion violates these Terms or the specific rules governing the Promotion.

10. SMS and Electronic Communications

When you actively opt in and consent to receive SMS messages (for example, at checkout or through a subscription form), you agree to receive SMS messages from STYLE NEW STAR, including but not limited to:

• Order-related notifications (such as order confirmation and shipping updates);
• Service information related to your orders; and
• Marketing messages and review requests only where you have expressly consented to receive such communications.

Receiving marketing SMS messages is entirely voluntary and is not a condition for purchasing any products.

You may opt out of receiving marketing SMS at any time by:

• Replying to the SMS with the unsubscribe instruction contained in the message (such as “STOP” or an equivalent local keyword); or
• Contacting us via the “Contact Us” page on the Site or by email and requesting to unsubscribe.

We do not charge additional fees for SMS services, but your mobile carrier may charge you for SMS or data usage. Please check your carrier’s rate plan for details.

We are not responsible for any delay, non-delivery or error in SMS messages caused by network issues, carrier failures or technical problems of third-party SMS platforms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, images, logos, icons, graphics, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software, may be protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

Except as otherwise permitted by applicable law or expressly authorized by us in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the Site for commercial purposes.

“STYLE NEW STAR” and related logos and marks are trademarks or service marks used by us. You may not use such marks without our prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any products purchased, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill.

In any case where we are found liable to you, and to the extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us for the specific order giving rise to such liability. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

The Site, its content, products and services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not warrant that:

• The Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure; or
• All information will always be complete, up to date and accurate.

You understand and agree that, to the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any losses resulting from:

• Your failure to follow product instructions or care recommendations;
• Your failure to comply with these Terms or applicable policies (including regarding delivery, returns and contact deadlines);
• Any delays, errors or interruptions caused by third-party services (such as logistics providers, payment processors or communication carriers).

13. Changes, Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right at any time to modify, suspend, discontinue or restrict all or part of the Site or any services provided through it, to the extent permitted by law, without prior notice and without liability to you for any resulting loss.

If you materially breach these Terms or applicable law, we may, at our discretion:

• Temporarily or permanently suspend or terminate your account and/or access to some or all of the services;
• Restrict your ability to place new orders or use certain features of the Site;
• Seek compensation and/or pursue legal remedies for fraud, abuse of promotions, malicious refusal of goods, or other unlawful or improper conduct.

Even if your account is terminated, those provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination (including, without limitation, intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law and dispute resolution) will remain in full force and effect.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms, and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China, without giving effect to its conflict of laws rules.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or purchase of products, you and we shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good faith negotiations. If no settlement is reached, either party may bring the dispute before the competent courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to resolve any dispute with us only on an individual basis, and you hereby waive any right to participate in any class action, representative action or class arbitration in any jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms and Notices

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Unless otherwise stated, any changes will take effect when they are posted on the Site.

We may, but are not obliged to, provide notice of material changes by means such as website announcements or email notifications. Your continued access to or use of the Site, or continued placing of orders after the updated Terms are posted, will be deemed your acceptance of the revised Terms. You are encouraged to review this page periodically for the latest version.

If these Terms are made available in multiple language versions, and there is any inconsistency or conflict between versions, the English version shall prevail (where an English version is provided).
