match shipped condition; accessories/authentication card/seals intact; unused, unaltered, no self-cleaning/repairs. -

personalized items, added wear after receipt, self-modification/damage, removed tags or seals. -
Process:
contact support → approval → ship back (postage covered only for authenticity disputes) → re-inspection within 3 business days → refund to original payment in 2–3 business days. -

if materially not as described or with non-man-made functional issue, contact us within 2 days for priority handling.
